What is blue light?

High Energy Visible (HEV) blue light emits from most digital devices and electronics like LED lights, TV, computer, phone and tablets. HEV blue light has shorter wavelength than other lights in the visible spectrum causing light to scatter more, decrease contrast and strain the eyes.

Digital eyestrain due to blue light exposure is a medical issue with serious symptoms that can affect learning and work productivity.  Symptoms of digital eyestrain, or computer vision syndrome, include blurry vision, difficulty focusing, dry and irritated eyes, headaches, neck and back pain. Digital eyestrain has overtaken carpal-tunnel syndrome as the number one computer-related complaint.

Will the glasses fit my face?

Most definitely! All Teddith glasses feature gender-neutral designs, constructed using high quality TR material that can accommodate for wider faces without uncomfortable pressure, as well as fitting smaller faces nice and snug.
