How long will it take to receive my order?

Eyeglasses typically ship in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Standard Shipping Estimated Delivery: 5-8 days. It can sometimes be challenging to keep up with the high demand for our product. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 7 business days, please let us know by emailing support@teddith.co.uk We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Who pays for international import taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Teddith has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Teddith has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Teddith is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

Do you ship globally?

While we do ship globally, there are some countries that we are unable to ship to at this time. 
Countries we are not able to ship to at this time include, but are limited to, the following:
