We know that shopping online can get tricky when guessing sizes. Because we are so confident with our gender-neutral designs, you can order Teddith glasses and if they don't fit the way you like, send them back within 30-days for an exchange or refund!
Conditions to return/exchange:
Send an email to support@teddith.co.uk and briefly explain whether you would like to return or exchange your glasses. Please include a proof of purchase with your email.
Our Returns team will give our our return mail address - neatly package the glasses the same way you received them and post them*. Keep the receipt and send the tracking number to our Returns team so we know when to expect it.
Once the glasses arrive at our HQ we will inspect them and proceed accordingly. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed for damaged glasses.
Please note that we need to receive your return within 30 days of purchase - allow ample time for return postage. Glasses received after 30 days of your purchase with incur a $10 processing fee.
If you are exchanging for a different style - don't stress - we will get the new pair safely to your home!
